Over sixteen years of experience in law enforcement with the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office as patrol deputy, Special Response Team member, Community Police Officer, Problem-Oriented Police Unit (Street Crimes) member, and Multi Agency Drug Task Force Investigator. Current rank of sergeant with experience in Patrol, Street Crimes, School Resource, Criminal Investigations, and Booking.

Education consists of a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, as well as over 1130 hours of additional training and certifications obtained through the Northwest Florida State College, Florida Department of Law Enforcement, and Okaloosa County Sheriff's Dept. Instructor within several fields such as Patrol Response to Active Shooter, Firearms, and Law Enforcement Tactics. Planned, organized, participated and executed several large-scale scenario based training operations to include; patrol responses to active shooter, response to active shooter within a school, response to attacks involving WMDs, less lethal engagements, dignitary threats, etc.
