AS360 can help you and your staff prepare for Active Shooter and Workplace violence through a variety of exercise and training scenarios. Our staff can help with every stage of exercise development and execution.

We have extensive experience with designing exercises and planning practical training events. Our staff is trained in the Homeland Security Exercise Evaluation Program (HSEEP). We also have HSEEP instructors on staff. HSEEP provides a Homeland Security framework to develop a cyclical exercise program focused on improvement planning and review. Our staff can assist your company or organization by planning an exercise at your site that works within your operational framework and logistical constraints. We will develop the Master Scenario Events List (MSEL). We will provide evaluators, designers, and subject matter experts. Our staff will be by your side through every aspect of planning, hosting, and reviewing.

In addition, our staff will complete a detailed After Action Report (AAR) and Improvement Plan (IP) within the HSEEP framework.

In addition to exercise development and facilitation we can provide on-site table-top and classroom simulations. Through exclusive, proprietary software designed by AS360 staff we can host a classroom even featuring a computer based simulation designed specifically around your facility and response plan.

Not only can we plan your exercise and test your response plan, but we can also offer assessment services prior to exercising your plan. This includes on-site security assessments, existing plan review, and more.
