COURSE TITLE: DEFENSIVE ARMED RESPONSE TRAINING™

AS360 Tier Three (Active Shooter Training) Readiness Level programs are designed to train
you to respond to an Active Shooter Hostile Event (ASHE) crisis.

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO READ AND COMPLY WITH ALL OF THE INFORMATION BELOW. FAILURE TO COMPLY MAY RESULT IN STUDENT BEING TURNED AWAY BEFORE CLASS BEGINS.

AS360 WILL ALLOW REFUNDS FOR CANCELATIONS UP TO ONE WEEK PRIOR TO CLASS DATE.

ALL CANCELATIONS WITHIN ONE WEEK OF CLASS DATE RECEIVE 50% REFUND.

COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Active Shooter 360 introduces D.A.R.T.™ - Defensive Armed Response Training™

Using the same simulator weapons operators fire in National SWAT Competitions you will actually engage live active assailant role players! DART™ is a program like no other. This course will arm you with practical skills and combat proven tactics.

The primary mission of the DART™ program is to raise awareness and arm students with skills to help increase survivability during an ASHE threat. The goal of this training is to teach you weapon handling techniques and expose you to realistic scenarios designed to better prepare you to defend against an armed assailant or attacker. Our scenario-based training allows you to put what you have learned to the test. Our true to life crisis scenarios are designed to be as real as possible giving you practical training engaging live attacker role players.

PLEASE NOTE: This course IS NOT a concealed carry course. This course is designed for people who have already obtained a CCW License. This course provides advanced tactical training and skills but will NOT serve as a CCW course for those seeking to obtain a CCW license.

COURSE OBJECTIVES:

- Learn Survival Techniques for ASHE Incidents

- Learn Legal Considerations for drawing your weapon

- Learn Weapon Handling and Combat Tactics

- Learn Close Quarters Combat Theory and Strategies

STUDENTS PARTICIPATE IN:

- Realistic Scenario Experiences

- Practical Weapons Training

- Live Fire Training with SIM Guns firing marker rounds

- Fundamentals training with your own weapon*

- Practical Evolutions to Engage and Defeat Attackers

IMPORTANT CLASS DETAILS (YOU MUST READ THIS):

Students MUST arrive at least 20 minutes prior to class start time
Students should wear comfortable pants (NO skirts - NO shorts)
Students MUST wear closed toed shoes to class
Students should bring their firearm, holster, and spare magazine (clip) or speed loader
Students MUST sign a liability/media release form prior to the start of class
DO NOT BRING ANY AMMUNITION INTO THE BUILDING
PARTICIPANTS WEAPONS WILL BE INSPECTED AND RENDERED SAFE UPON ENTRY
STUDENTS WILL BE CHECKED TO ENSURE THEY DO NOT HAVE AMMUNITION ON THEIR PERSON
STUDENTS MUST PRESENT VALID ID AND CCW LICENSE (IF CARRYING) TO ENTER COURSE
ID AND CCW LICENSE MUST MATCH NAME ON COURSE REGISTRATION

*IF STUDENTS BRING A FIREARM THEY MUST BRING THEIR CONCEALED CARRY PERMIT*
Students who do not own a firearm will be provided a SIM gun for training purposes during the course.
